(2) Third-party terms apply for the use of platforms like Telegram and Skool.

3. Services / Dashboard Disclaimer

(1) Education & Community: Biturai provides educational content via third-party platforms (e.g. Skool).

(2) Live Dashboard: The dashboard visualizes trading data for informational purposes ("Best Effort").

• Data may be delayed or contain errors.
• It does not constitute a basis for investment decisions.

(3) No VASP Status: Biturai is not a VARA-licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider. Content is not directed at UAE residents where prohibited.

5. Payments (Skool)

(1) Purchases of paid content (memberships) are handled exclusively via Skool.com.

(2) Merchant of Record: Skool is the contracting party for payments. Their terms apply for billing, taxes, and refunds.

(3) Biturai does not store full payment data.

6. Memberships / Terms

(1) Free memberships are permanently free of charge.

(2) Subscriptions (e.g. monthly/annual) must be managed via Skool.com. Cancellations must be made via Skool settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials (videos, texts, code) are subject to copyright. Any reproduction or distribution — especially sharing paid content — is prohibited without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

(1) Biturai is liable without limitation for intent/gross negligence.

(2) For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

(3) Exclusion for Trading Losses: Liability for financial losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from trading decisions or copy-trading is explicitly excluded. You act at your own risk.
